3. Quote requests and estimates

Submitting a form asks us to review your information and contact you. It does not book a move or create a contract. Any estimate depends on the accuracy and completeness of the inventory, locations, access, dates, requested services, and other details provided. Material changes may change availability, planning, or price.

4. Availability and service areas

Move requests between locations anywhere in the contiguous 48 states remain subject to route, date, requested service, and written confirmation. Website coverage information does not guarantee availability for every route or request.

5. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to:

• Identify items that are unusually heavy, fragile, valuable, oversized, hazardous, prohibited, or difficult to access.
• Obtain necessary property permissions, parking arrangements, elevator reservations, and access approvals.
• Keep people and pets away from active work areas and disclose known site hazards.
• Review service documents, ask questions, and keep essential records and valuables in your custody.
• Use the website only for legitimate inquiries and not attempt to disrupt, automate, probe, or misuse it.

6. Vehicle transportation through partners

A&F Relocation does not operate the vehicle carrier. Vehicle transportation is referred to or coordinated through an independent third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s availability, price, timing, insurance, liability, inspection process, and agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the provider’s terms directly. A&F Relocation does not guarantee the independent provider’s performance.

7. Career applications

A career-form submission is only an application for consideration. It does not guarantee review, an interview, an opening, an offer, or employment. Applicants must provide accurate information and should not submit highly sensitive records through the website.

8. Representative imagery and website content

Moving photographs on the website may be generated representative images. They illustrate the type of service described and are not presented as photographs of completed A&F Relocation jobs.
